Santiago Valdez, age 48 of Chambersburg, died Friday, December 18, 2015 at Chambersburg Hospital. He was born Monday, May 8, 1967 in West Chester, the child of the late Santiago Valdez and Frances Carmelllo. He is survived by two sisters: Linda Branson, of Martinsburg, WV, Josephine Waddell, FL and a brother Timothy Valdez. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg.
