Ada M. Davis

Ada M. Davis, age 82 of Chambersburg, died Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Manor Care. She was born Saturday, June 29, 1929 in Franklin County, the daughter of the lateHarvey and Hazel (Carbaugh) Beltz. She was formerly employed by Chambersburg Hospital for 9 years. Ada was a member of Christian Life Church in Chambersburg. Her husband, George S. Davis died in 1989. She is survived by seven grandchildren: Kevin and wife Sharon Davis of Chambersburg. Greg Davis of Chambersburg, Brian Davis of Shippensburg, Randy Trogler of Florida, Janelle Grooms of Pond Bank, Ryan Trogler of Mechanicsburg, Rodney Trogler of West Virginia, and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Grooms and her son, Jerry Davis, a sister, Louise and two brothers, Paul and John. Arrangements are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg, PA. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 9 at Parklawns Memorial Gardens. Pastor LeRoy Wiley will officiate.
