Betty J. Mccue

Betty J. McCue, age 59 of Shippensburg, passed away on Sunday, August 27,2017 at Shippensburg Health Care Center. She was born on June 24, 1958 in Waynesboro, PA, the daughter of the late Allen B. Miller, and the late Audrey J. (Beckwith) Miller. She was married to her late husband, Christopher J. McCue for 29 years. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Matej and her husband Stephen M. Matej, Jr. of Shippensburg, two grandsons, Stephen M. Matej III and Christopher James Matej, two brothers, Eugene Davis and Larry Davis of Waynesboro, PA and one sister, Mary Simpson of Chambersburg. Betty's world revolved around her grandsons. She loved and adored them very much. She would always talk about them to people she came across. Some of her hobbies were doing crafts, crocheting, coloring, and doing puzzle books. Cremation Services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. All friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life to be held at Orrstown United Brethren Church, 3689 Orrstown Road, Orrstown, PA 17244 on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 6:00 PM. Pastor Ken Williamson will officiate with guest speakers Stephen and Susan Matej.
