Brandy Lynn Foster

Brandy “Bran” Lynn Foster, age 29, of Shippensburg, passed away peacefully Friday, April 18, 2025 at Margaret E. Moul Home in York. She was born August 23, 1995 in Chambersburg, as the daughter of Suzanne P. (Pollock) Holtry.

Brandy attended Big Spring School District and graduated in the Class of 2017 from Shippensburg High School. While she did not work, Brandy enjoyed listening to music, watching movies/tv, being outside in the sunshine and going on car rides. She was a member of Cumberland Valley Hitman semi-pro football team. Brandy was an important special needs advocate at Shippensburg High School and helped to create a class room for 12 special needs students. She has a flag football team for the Shippensburg midget football league named after her called “Brandy’s Little Giants”. Brandy was also the largest private contributor to the Ronald McDonald House in Hershey and enjoyed her yearly visits there. She truly was a great teacher of life to so many and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Brandy is survived by her mother, Suzanne and her husband, Terry of Shippensburg, adoptive father, Jeremy Stouffer and his wife, Stacey of Newburg, two brothers, Seth Flagle and Brayton Stouffer and her maternal-grandmother, Arlene (Clark) Pollock of Chambersburg. She was preceded in death by her maternal-grandfather, Charles Pollock, Sr.

Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Celebration of Life Services will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. A Public Viewing will take place from 11:00 AM until the time of services. Brandy will privately be laid to rest beside her grandfather at Parklawns Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg.
