Carolyn E. Shingleton

Carolyn E. Shingelton, age 74, of Biglerville passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at her home. She was born Sunday, December 29, 1940 in the daughter of the late Roland and Ethel M. (Sullivan) Rumenap. Carolyn had attended St. Ignatius Catholic Church. She will greatly missed by her lifelong friend Dolores Imes. She is survived by two daughters, Gina M. Wakefield of Guntersville, AL and Jean M. Webb of Baltimore, MD, a sister, Rose M. Ford of Mount Airy, MD and a brother, Edward Rumenap of Bel Air, MD. She was preceded in death by brothers, George and Eric Rumenap. Cremation services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Memorial services will be held Monday, June 29 at 4:00 PM at the Arendtsville Fire Company, 48 Pearl Street, Arendtsville.
