Cassandra Tobara Pulig

Cassandra Tobara Pulig, age 79 of Biglerville, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026, at her home.

She was born on January 13, 1947, in Evanston, Illinois, a daughter of George and Sylvia (Ryer) Tobara. She married William Pulig on October, 20, 1976, in Detroit, Michigan. Cassandra had her PhD., and was a scientist. She loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; her children, George (Judi) Pulig of NJ, James (Curtis) Brant of Portage, MI; grandchildren, Justine, Michael, Rachel, Ashley, Corey, Zachary, Belle; great-grandson, Ollie; sister, Christina (Mike) Quintal of Warren, MI; nephews, Joshua Quintal, Michael (Mandy) George and niece, Christina George. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Sylvia.

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 111 S. Main Street, Bendersville. Per Cassandra’s request, no services will be held.
