Charles "Bud" W. Sease, Jr.

Charles "Bud" W. Sease, Jr., age 82 of Arendtsville, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at Transitions Health Care. He was born Saturday, May 19, 1934 in Gettysburg, the son of the late Charles W. Sr. and Ethel M. (Sheppard) Sease. Bud was formerly employed by Oxford Container in New Oxford for at least 20 years. He then drove for KBS in New Oxford for many years. He drove truck for various companies for 42 years of his life. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Arie1562 of Gettysburg, Albert Lentz American Legion Post 202 in Gettysburg, Catholic War Vets in Bonneauville, and Sons of Amvets Post 172 in Fairfield. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and drinking with his buddies. He also enjoyed country music and playing different string instruments. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Fern E. (Turner) Sease. He is also survived by three sons, Douglas A. Sease of Arendtsville, Daniel W. and wife Deborah Sease of Hanover, Michael P. and wife Melissa Sease of Gettysburg, two grandchildren, Joseph and Dalton Sease and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Kathleen Benner. Cremation services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville.
