Charlotte A. Diveley

Charlotte A. Diveley, age 77, of Shippensburg formerly of Biglerville, died onFriday, December 3, 2010 at Shippensburg Healthcare Centerafter a courageous 21 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Her family was with her at the time of passing.She was born on Sunday, October 22, 1933 in Westminster, MD the daughter of the late J. Gerald and Mary L. (Boose) Daley. In her earlier years she had been employed at the shoe factory in Arendtsville. She had also worked for the Carpet Baggers in Gettysburg and then Herff Jones in Gettysburg. She was a member of Zion Arendtsville United Church of Christ.She was also a member of the Arendtsville Fire Co. Auxiliary. She is survived by her son, Gary V. Diveley, Biglerville; a sister, Faye D. Cochran, Littlestown; a brother, Gerald W. Daley, Littlestown and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held Sunday, December 12 at 2:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc.,51 Asper Drive, Shippensburgwith the Reverend Doctor Kim Blocher officiating. Private interment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Arendtsville. A memorial service will also be held Wednesday, December 8 at 2:00 PM in Shippensburg Healthcare Center, 121 Walnut Bottom Road, Shippensburg, PA.
