Charlotte B. Thomas

Charlotte B. Thomas, age 83 of Aspers, died Thursday, November 15, 2012 at York Hospital. She was born Monday, December 24, 1928 in Menallen Township, Adams County, the daughter of the late Earl L. and Alda B. (Hoke) Knouse. Charlotte was formerly employed by Rebert's TV in Gettysburg for 25 years. She was a member of Wenksville United Methodist Church. Her husband Walter C. Thomas passed away in 1991. She is survived by four daughters: Barbara F. Fair of Collegeville, Patricia A. Black of Gettysburg, Deborah L. and husband Earl Taylor of Aspers,and Martha E. and husband Damian Hanson of Aspers,seven grandchildren,eight great grandchildren, twostep great grandchildren and one brother Richard Lee Knouse of Fayetteville.She was preceded in death by one brother Ted Knouse. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 19 at Dugan Funeral Home, Bendersville, Pennsylvania with Reverend James R. Speelman officiating.Interment will be in Bendersville Cemetery. A viewing will be held Monday from 9:30 AM until time of services.
