David C. Stouffer, age 67, of Shippensburg, passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 at UPMC Carlisle. He was born Thursday, August 19, 1954 in Chambersburg, the son of the late Charles A. and Lois J. (Palmer) Stouffer. Dave attended Shippensburg Area Senior High School. He owned and operated Stouffers Auto Service on Orrstown Rd. for 45 years. He attended Scotland U.M. Church and was a member of Pleasant Hall Fire Company and Lurgan Lions Club. He also drove for the Amish community. Dave will be remembered as a kind, loving person, who always made you laugh. He is survived by longtime companion of 32 years, Kathy V. Mahon. He is also survived by one step-daughter, Amy Mahon-Stillwagon and husband Ken of Chambersburg, one step-son, Chip Mahon and wife Lori of Shippensburg, grandchildren Shawn McMillen and wife Jamie, Amber Mahon and extra-special great-grandchildren, Charlee and Ellee McMillen, nephew Michael Stouffer, nieces Amanda (Stouffer) Wagaman, Cara Reasner, and one sister, Mary L. Agnew of Fayetteville. He was preceded in death by his brother Tommy Stouffer and granddaughter Tiffany L. McMillen. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 PM on Sunday, December 19, at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory with Reverend William Smith officiating. A viewing will be held on Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
