Dawn Leanna Dovey

Dawn Leanna Dovey, age 96 of Gettysburg, passed away January 25, 2026 at Gardens of Gettysburg. She was born July 19, 1929 in Biglerville to the late Otis E. and Laura Grace (Sheaterom) Logan. Dawn was a member of Mount Olivet Church, loved to crochet and loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates.

Dawn is survived by her children; Joseph Myers, Sr of Hanover, Patricia Eyler of New Oxford, Rickey Stonesifer and wife, Lynne of Canonsburg, Susan Gervasio of Houston, PA and Jamie Copechal and husband, Louis of Canonsburg; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, William Myers, Sr and Steven Stonesifer and siblings, Betty Waddell, Mary Gebhart, Calvin “Sonny” Logan and Theola Logan.
