Dulce Eneida Cruz-Nieves, age 89 of Shippensburg, passed away February 17, 2024 at home. She was born August 24, 1934 in Vega Alta, PR, to the late Florentino Cruz and Maria Nieves. Dulce is survived by her daughter, Marisol Ortega-Cruz and husband, Victor Ramos of Shippensburg and many other family members.
