Edwardine "Eddy" M. Parshall

Edwardine “Eddy” M. Parshall, age 73, of Newville, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024 at UPMC Carlisle Regional Medical Center of Carlisle. She was born on Thursday, May 31, 1951 in Albany, New York, as the daughter of the late Charles J. Donato, Sr. and Edwardine (Grainer) Donato.

Eddy graduated in the Class of 1969 from Clayton A. Bouton High School in Voorheesville, NY. Eddy worked for Operating Engineers as a licensed crane operator in New York for many years. More recently, she was employed by Boyo Transportation as a bus driver for ten years. In her spare time, Eddy enjoyed sewing, crocheting and gardening.

Eddy is survived by her loving husband, of 37 years, Earl G. Parshall of Newville; daughter, Barbara A. Harrigan and her significant other, Karl Jones of Delmar, NY; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edward Donato of Georgia and Charles J. Donato, Jr. of Fort Lauderdale, FL; sister, Bernadine Donato of Raleigh, NC and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Christina Reynolds.
