Elsie V. Rychlak

Elsie V. Rychlak, age 68, formerly of Chambersburg, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Riddle Hospital in Media, PA. She was born Monday, March 2, 1947 in Chambersburg, the daughter of the late Pete and Evelyn Stitely. She is survived by her husband Eugene S. Rychlak of 18 years. She is also survived by two daughters, April Bumbaugh of Hustontown and Angel M. Sites of Shippensburg, six grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, one sister, Louise Overcash of Chambersburg. She was preceded in death by brother Donald Stitely and sister Nancy Overcash. Cremation services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Memorial services will be held at the discretion of the family.
