Emma J. Daihl

Emma J. Daihl, age 94 formerly of Roxbury, died Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Orrstown Personal Care Home. She was born May 5, 1917 in Roxbury, a daughter of the late Marshall and Sarah (Rosenberry) Holtry. She was formerly employed by Laiglon in Shippensburg. She had also worked at Letterkenny Army Depot and was a member of Roxbury United Methodist Church. Her husband, Edgar W. Daihl died in 1987. She was preceded in death by four sisters and four brothers. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 14 at 2:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg with Reverend Ronald S. McElwee officiating.
