Eva Jane Maley

Eva Jane Maley, age 71 of Roxbury, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Hershey Medical Center. She was born Tuesday, April 3, 1945 in Path Valley, the daughter of the late John Franklin and Helen Marie (Briggs) McAllen. Eva graduated from Fannett Metal High School. She was employed by Letterkenny Army Depot for 26 years. She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ, Shippensburg, American Legion Ladies Auxilary, Shippensburg, Minnequa, Shippensburg, VFW Auxilary, Shippensburg and Amvets, Chambersburg. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Freddie E.L. Maley. She is also survived by a grandson Cody Allen (Melinda) Maley, Shippensburg, two sisters, Barbara McAllen of Chambersburg, Denise L Helman of Shippensburg, brothers, Matthew McAllen of Willow Hill and Joseph A McAllen of Chambersburg. She was preceded in death by her son Aaron Frederick Maley and brother Dr. L. Franklin McAllen. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, December 17 at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg with Pastor George W. Heckard officiating. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM until time of services.
