Florence C. Nezat

Florence "Flo" Cora Nezat, age 78 of Shippensburg, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the Chambersburg Hospital. She was born Friday, February 19, 1937 in Grand Coteau, LA, the daughter of the late Otto and Anna Celanise (Guilbeau) Stelly. Florence spent her entire working career in the Banking industry as a loan officer. She enjoyed making ceramics, crafts and loved to shop. She enjoyed spending time with her family and looked forward to the family reunions. She had a unique sense of humor and was very quick witted. She is survived byher children: Lynette M. Drake and Sharlene A. Williams, both of San Antonio, TX, Gregory J.(Kathy) Nezat, Shippensburg, Byron C. (Kathy Jo) Nezat, Richmond, TX, twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three sisters: Anna Lou, Thelma and Geraldine, and a brother Glynn. She was preceded in death by her husband James Nezat in 2011, her parents, daughter Anita J.Callan, sister Georgia and brother Edward James. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. Memorial services will be held 9:30 AM Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the funeral home with Father Dwight Schlaline officiating. Interment will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
