Frances Benton, age 85 of South Mountain, died Friday, August 5, 2016 at Chambersburg Hospital. She was born Tuesday, June 2, 1931 in Philadelphia, the child of the late Elias D. and Ruth G. (Porter) White. Frances is survived by two daughters, Shirley E. Menginie, Telford, PA and Gwendolyn Benton, Philadelphia. Cremation services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg.
