Gerald F. Wisotzkey

Gerald F. Wisotzkey, age 65, died Thursday, June 13, 2013 at his Gettysburg home with his loving family by his side. He was born Friday, January 2, 1948 in Gettysburg, the son of Freeda J. (Porch) Wisotzkey of Orrtanna and the late Joseph H. Wisotzkey. Gerald graduated from Gettysburg High School 1967. He was formerly employed as a machinist by BMY of York, Pennwood Industries of East Berlin and Dutterer's Woodworking of Gettysburg.Gerald attended Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Bendersville. He served as a sergeant in the US Army during Vietnam. Gerald will be missed as a loving companion, father and grandfather. He is survived by his companion of 22 years, Lois Rinehart; three daughters: AlisonB. Wisotzkey of Hershey, Michelle R. Flynn of Rockaway, NJ and Ashlee Stein of Japan; a son, Chris Rinehart of Gettysburg; a sister, Carol L. Fietz of Orrtanna, a brother Joseph Wisotzkey of Gettysburg and eight grandchildren. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 22 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 126 Church Street, Bendersville withReverend Robert S. McEllroy III officiating.Visitation will be held at the church for one hour before service.
