Geraldine Ann Raub

Geraldine Ann Raub, age 84, of Bendersville, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center after a brief illness.

She was born on January 18, 1942, in Springfield, Ohio, a daughter of Theodore I. and Marjorie R. (Roberts) Swift. She married William Raub who survives. She worked as an office manager for AT&T for 23 years and for Litton Bionetics for an additional 10 years prior to her retirement.

She is survived by her husband, William; niece, Michele Comphere; nephew, David Joseph Carey Thorne, great-niece, Raven Thorne and great-nephew, Daegen Thorne. She is preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Marjorie and her sister, Francene Swift-Thorne.

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 S. Main Street, Bendersville, where visitation will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A brief service commemorating Geraldine’s life will be held at 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Geraldine will be laid to rest at Cochran Cemetery in New Martinsburg, Ohio, at a later date.
