Gisela M. Hernandez

Gisela M. Hernandez, age 39, of Chambersburg, passed away Friday, April 5, 2019 at Chambersburg Hospital. She was born Friday, June 26, 1979 in San Luis Talpa, El Salvador as the daughter of the late Eugenio Ramos and Angelica Heranadez. Gisela worked as laborer for Knouse Foods in Orrtanna. In her spare time, Gisela enjoyed going out and spending time outside walking. She loved to cook and make sure her house was spotless. She also enjoyed eating at Red Lobster and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Juan Palacios of Chambersburg. She is also survived by her two surviving daughters, Jennifer Palacios and Andrea Palacios both of Chambersburg; her brother, Jose Alvarado and his wife, Ana of Chambersburg; her sister-in-law, Maria Alvarado and her husband, Rudy Mancio of Chambersburg and several other relatives and friends that will miss her greatly. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Iglesia De Dios, 230 Mt. Moriah Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201 with Pastor Frederico Laureano officiating. Viewing will take place one hour prior to services on Wednesday. A public viewing will take place from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at Iglesia De Dios. Interment will be in Biglerville Cemetery in Biglerville following services.
