Hazel H. Spangler

Hazel H. Spangler, age 92 of Aspers, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at her home. She was born Tuesday, August 15, 1922 in Gettysburg, the daughter of the late Melvin and Pheobe (Wiernman) Heller. Hazel was formerly employed by C.H. Musselman in Gardners for many years. Her husband Wilford H. Spangler passed away in 1991. She is survived by a son, Vincent W. and wife Sharon Spangler of Aspers, two grandsons, Mark Spangler of Aspers and Russell Spangler of St. Benedict, two great-grandchildren, Connor and Kaylee Spangler of St. Benedict, two brothers, Richard Heller and Emory Heller both of Aspers. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene and Robert Heller. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 22 at Dugan Funeral Home with Reverend Stuart Johns officiating. Interment will be in Biglerville Cemetery.
