Helen M. Burkholder

Helen M.Burkholder, age 96 of Shippensburg, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Shippensburg Healthcare Center. She was born Wednesday, February 19, 1919 in New Franklin, the child of the late Scott and Anna (Fortney) Carbaugh. Helen was a member of the First Assembly of God in Shippensburg. She is survived by her two sons: H. Eugene (Caroline) Burkholder of Harrisburg, PA, David A. (Donna) Burkholder of Shippensburg, PA, eleven grandchildren, many great and great-great-grandchildren, sister Mabel and two brothers: Elwood and Marvin. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Harold Burkholder,parents, six brothers and sisters and two sons: Calvin Eutzy and Gary Gruver. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 31 at the funeral home with Pastor Daniel E. Cluck officiating. A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
