Helen V. May

Helen V. (Fetters) May, age 92 of Gettysburg, died Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Transitions Health Care in Gettysburg. She was born Saturday, February 12, 1921 in Franklin Township, Adams County, the daughter of the late Clark and Beulah (Cullison) Fetters. She was formerly employed by Duffy Mott Company in Aspers for many years. She was also formerly employed by the Gettysburg Hospital. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Gettysburg. Her husband, Ralph G. May died in 1997. She is survived by a son, Donald L. and wife, Joanne May of Biglerville; a sister, Ruth Leadbetter, Woodside, CA; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers:Charles, Glenn, Richard, Paul and Donald Fetters, two sisters: Ann Yusovski and Jean Quisenberry. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 28 at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, 1380 Chambersburg Road, Gettysburg with Reverend Robert Blezzard officiating.
