Herbert W. Starliper

Herbert W. Starliper, age 92 of Shippensburg, died Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Falling Spring Nursing and Rehab. He was born Tuesday, June 20, 1922 in Mercersburg, the child of the late Cyrus and Rosie (Burkholder) Starliper. He is survived by his five children, Pat Hynes, Pamela Lee, Karen Rhone, Paula Hall, all of Shippensburg, PA, William Starliper of Enola, PA, one sister, Janet Hull of Chambersburg and numerous grandchildren. Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
