Holly (Levengood) Weaner, age 62, was born on May 4, 1956 to Grant B. Levengood and Shirley (Wampole) Levengood of Boyertown and went to be with her Lord on June 24, 2018 at Carolyn’s House, residence of Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. After graduating from Lock Haven University with a bachelors in Health and Physical Education, Weaner taught those subjects in kindergarten to twelfth grade for many years. She had a certificate in coaching. After staying at home to raise her children, she taught part-time at Immaculate Conception School in New Oxford. She was also a substitute teacher, a coach of several different sports and a field hockey official. She loved to cook and preserve food, garden, bird-watch, read and play sports. She is survived by her children, Erin Brinser (Mark) and Laura Schou (Paul); grandchildren, Noah and Gavin Brinser and Beth and Luke Schou; mother, Shirley, brothers Grant B. Jr, Jeff, and Scott and sister Wendy (Speilman). She was predeceased by her father, as well as her loving husband Ronald (April 2017). Services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., Bendersville. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 AM on June 30 at Wenksville United Methodist Church, 2010 Wenksville Road, Biglerville with Reverend Rick Robinson officiating. A Visitation will be held from10:00 AM until time of services.
