Howard H. "Bud" Williams, IV, age 45, Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at his Asper home. He was born Monday, June 5, 1967 in Baltimore the son of Dorothy H. (Driver) and Richard Harner of New Oxford. He was most recently employed by Hobbs Trucking as a truck driver before his illness. He was also previously employed by IFCO Pallet Outlet, owner/operator through Pitzer Trucking, C.E. Williams, and Coldsmith Roofing. He was a member of the Ira E. Lady American Legion Post 262 in Biglerville, Gettysburg American Legion, Gettysburg Eagles and Gettysburg VFW. He was married for 3 years to Tracey (Cease) Williams. He is also survived by a daughter, Brittnie Williams of Gardners; Stepson Cpl. Michael T. Lawver, Jr. of Swansboro, NC; a sister, Lynn Sheetz of York, a granddaughter, grandson and a step-grandson. He is also survived by his adoptive father Ronald Graham of New Windsor, MD. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 28 at Dugan Funeral Home with Reverend James R. Speelman officiating. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg. A viewing will be held at the funeral home onSaturday from 10:00 AM until time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Patient Help Fund of Adams County, P.O. Box 3995, Gettysburg, PA 17325 or Aseracare Hospice, 44 Bowman Road, York, PA 17404.
