James H. Franklin, age 47, of Chambersburg, passed away Monday, February 3, 2020 at Manor Care Nursing and Rehab in Chambersburg. He was born July 19, 1972 in Campbell County, TN, the son of the late Nathan H. Franklin and Judith (Williford) Blackburn. He is survived by his cousin, Karin Bible of Jefferson City, TN. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Memorial Services are at the discretion of the family.
