James H. Russell, age 94 of Shippensburg, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Chambersburg Hospital. He was born on June 3, 1924 in Bryant Pond, Maine, the son of the late Sidney and Leah Russell. James was survived by his companion of 51 years, Roger Jones of Shippensburg. There will be no services at this time. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg.
