Jamie L. Felton

Jamie L. Felton, age 81 of Gettysburg, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Gettysburg Center. She was born Friday, March 23, 1934 in Fort Valley, GA, the daughter of the late Lee and Willie Mae (Jackson) Turner. Jamie was a homemaker. She was a very loving grandmother and great-grandmother. She was also a very loving and caring woman; giving advice to her loved ones was her specialty. She is survived by two daughters, Angela Felton and companion Timothy Stambaugh of Gettysburg, Mary Felton of Gettysburg, seven sons: Horace Felton of Fort Valley, Sammy Lee Felton of Fort Valley, Dolphus and wife Tracy Felton of Gettysburg, Michael and wife Teresa Felton of Fort Valley, Tommy Felton, Melvin Felton, and Frankie Felton, all of Gettysburg, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, two brothers, Willie Turner of Gettysburg and Weldon Turner of Gardners. She was preceded in death by a son, Willie James Felton, Sr. and a grandson, Aaron E. Lawrence. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, November 27 at New Life Outreach Ministries, 235 S. Franklin Street, Gettysburg with Pastor Raymond McGhee officiating. Interment will be in Biglerville Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 10:00 AM until time of services.
