Joseph E. Stake

Joseph E. Stake, age 68 of Shippensburg, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at home. He was born Tuesday, March 1, 1949 in Chambersburg, the son of the late Samuel and Mary Jane (Swanger) Stake. He is survived by daughter Ruth L. McCure and husband Craig of Orrstown, son Rob L. Stake and wife Leah of Greencastle, grandchildren, Iann Stake, Alexis Woodal and husband Kevin, Aaron and Shelby McClure. He was preceded in death by his wife, Robin E. (LeBeau) Stake. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 23 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Home Crematory, 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Antietam Humane Society, 8513 Lyons Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
