Joyce Marie Schopf

Joyce Marie Schopf, age 69 of Shippensburg, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Chambersburg Hospital on her and Wayne's 21st wedding anniversary. She was born Friday, October 25, 1946 in Lebanon, the daughter of the late John and Marie Knisley. She retired from the Navy Depot in Mechanicsburg, PA. She served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Era. She is survived by her husband Wayne Schopf, son, David Faler of Hagerstown, sister, Kathy Daughtery of Linglestown, brother, Donald Knisley of California and four granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
