Judson P. Harper

Judson Parks Harper, age 45 of Vienna, VA and Shippensburg, PA, passed away on Friday, April 18th, 2014. Judd was born March 13, 1969 in Allentown, PA, the son of Barry and Sally Harper and brother of Chris Harper. He was a singer, poet, songwriter, artist, animal lover and entrepreneur. Judd was deeply loved and made a lasting impact on the lives of everyone he met. He was a true friend, a devoted son, a faithful brother and caring cousin. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 10th at Central Presbyterian Church, 40 Lincoln Way West in Chambersburg, PA 17201.
