Julian E. Nadeau

Julian E. Nadeau, age 90 of Biglerville, died Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Gettysburg Hospital. He was born Wednesday, August 12, 1923 in Somersworth, NH, the son of the late Euclid and Eva (Perrault) Nadeau. Julian earned his B.S. in Political Science from Georgetown University. He was employed by the Social Security Administration as a legal assistant for many years. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and Aircraft Owners Pilots Association. He served in the Army during World War II. His wife Angela M. (Iannuzzi) Nadeau died in 2009. He is survived by three sisters, Prudence Lajoie of FL, Solange Targeon of NH and Estelle Lauze of NH; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister and five brothers. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc.,111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church Cemetery, Gettysburg with Reverend Father Bernardo Pistone officiating.
