Keith B. Swanger

Keith B. Swanger, age 63, of Roxbury, passed away Friday, December 9, 2016 at Chambersburg Hospital. He was born Monday, May 18, 1953 in Chambersburg, the son of the late David Joseph and Olivia Lucille (Beam) Swanger. Keith graduated from Shippensburg High School in 1972. Keith was currently employed by Satellite Services Inc. He was formerly employed at Letterkenny by Phoenix Data Corp and retired from Letterkenny Munitions Center after 25 years of service. He had also worked for Reese's Plumbing in Shippensburg for 5 years. He was a member of Dry Run American Legion Post 232, Hub City Club and Minnequa Club. He is survived by the love of his life, Kathleen (Bowen) Swanger. He is also survived by two brothers, David A. Swanger of Shippensburg and Mark A. and wife Kelly Swanger of Blaine. Cremation services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Services will be held at the discretion of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Dry Run American Legion Post 232, 17319 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, PA 17262.
