Kevin L. Jacoby

Kevin L. Jacoby, age 70 of Biglerville, passed away January 9, 2025 at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation in Harrisburg. He was born November 24, 1954 in Gettysburg and later adopted at the age of 4, by the late Donald J. and Bonnie Lee (Johnson) Jacoby.

Kevin retired from Motts as a machine operator after 35 years of service. He attended the Gettysburg Church of the Brethren, enjoyed playing card and board games with his family, liked watching the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies and his favorite team, The Tennessee Volunteers. His biggest enjoyment came from spending “organized chaos” time with the family.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Wanda K. (Hartlaub) Jacoby of Biglerville; daughter, Amy E. Jacoby and husband, Evan Dormont of Phoenix, AZ; sons, Nate C. Jacoby and fiancé, Megan L. Kawamoto of Parkesburg, PA and Chad N. Jacoby and wife, Jordan Price-Jacoby of Arendtsville; brother, Donald L. Jacoby and wife, Sharon V. of Biglerville and sisters, Kelly M. Alden and husband, Scott of Florida and Kim M. Jacoby of Connecticut. He was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Gettysburg Church of the Brethren, 1710 Biglerville Road, Gettysburg. Pastor Mark McOmber will officiate the services. A viewing will be held from 10:00am until time of funeral service. Kevin will be laid to rest at Benders Lutheran Church Cemetery.
