Kevin W. Palmer

Kevin W. Palmer, age 48 formerly of York Springs, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017. He was born Sunday, June 23, 1968 in Carlisle the son of Rodney L. Palmer of York Springs and the late Joanne M. (Plank) Palmer. Kevin graduated from New Oxford High School in 1986. He was a painter in the Gettysburg area. He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Heidlersburg. He is survived by daughter, Alyesa M. Palmer of Dillsburg, sister, Wendy J. and husband Ryan Rupp of Dillsburg, brother, Darrell L. Palmer of Hanover, nephews, Justin Markle and Randy Rupp and niece Reese Rupp. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main St., Bendersville. Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 5450 Carlisle Pike, New Oxford with Reverend David Clark officiating.
