Kimberly K. Hess

Kimberly Kay Hess, age 49 of Biglerville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at her home. Kim was born Friday, November 19, 1965 in Media, PA, the daughter of James G. Hess and Kay (Biddle) Guzman. Kim graduated from Penncrest High School Class of 1983. She owned and operated JRC Trucking Company for over 20 years. She and her husband owned and operated Country Comfort Container and Hess Produce. Her hobbies included collectable trucks and cars. She was the past president of Small Angels Rescue in Frederick, MD. The grounds of the Hess residence is currently designated a Wildlife preserve. She was a member of the American Legion in Biglerville. Kim is survived by her husband, Dean K. Hess, her parents, brother, James L. Hess and two nieces, Madison and Lyndsey Hess. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville, PA 17306. Private services will be held for the immediate family. Kim was truly special and will be missed by everyone who knew her.
