Leroy B. Salisbury

Leroy Bruce Salisbury, age 65 of Shippensburg, died Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Chambersburg Hospital. He was born Saturday, June 21, 1947 in Newville, the son of the late Charles W. and Marie (Kuhns) Salisbury. Leroy graduated fromBig Spring High School in 1965. He was retired from the U. S. Army after 20 years of service. He was a member of American Legion, VFW, Moose, Minnequa, Hub City all of Shippensburg and AmVets in Carlisle. He served in the United States Army during the war in Vietnam. He is survived by a daughter, Kirsten Kelley of Shippensburg, two sons: Matthew T. Salisbury of Shippensburg and Mason W. Salisbury of Camp Hill; eleven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Memorial Services will be held 9:00 AM Saturday, October 20 at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Shippensburg with Pastor Linda Arvey officiating.
