Lisa Sue Thomas

Lisa Sue Thomas, beloved wife of Richard Thomas, Jr., passed away on February 20, 2026, at the age of 56. Born on May 16, 1969, she was the daughter of Robert Mitchell, Sr. and Karen (Hassinger) Hinkle. A passionate gardener, Lisa found joy in nurturing plants and flowers, she was a true animal lover, with a particular fondness for cats.

Lisa is survived by her devoted husband, Richard, who was her partner in life and adventure. Together, they shared countless joyful moments, including thrilling rides on their Harley Davidson and going on rides through the mountains, where the beauty of nature mirrored the happiness in their hearts. Lisa is also survived by one son, Richard Thomas III; one brother, Robert Mitchell, Jr; and two sisters, Vikki Rauch and Becky Clouse. Lisa’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Lisa was preceded in death by her daughter, Amanda Thomas.

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 111 S. Main Street in Bendersville. A memorial service will be held on March 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM, where family and friends are invited to gather and share memories together.
