Margaret Elnora Fishel

Margaret “Maggie” Elnora Fishel, age 88, of Shippensburg, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024 at Chambersburg Hospital. She was born Tuesday, August 27, 1935 in Carlisle, the daughter of the late Wesley E. and Dorothy Grace (Thomas) McKee.

Margaret worked as a Circuit Board Operator for McCoy Electronics for over 25 years. She was a member of Yellow Breeches Anglers & Conservation Association. In her spare time, Maggie enjoyed fishing, gardening, working on cars back in the day and was known for always helping people.

Margaret is survived by her loving sister, Linda G. and her husband, Richard Comerer of Shippensburg; numerous nephews and nieces and great-nephews and great-nieces. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, William Fishel; five brothers, Ronald, Robert, Wayne, David and a baby brother, Donald and four sisters, Edna Barr, Helen Van Demark, Jean Duncan, and Dorothy.

Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg.
