Marvin F. Barckley

Marvin F. Barckley, age 78 of Shippensburg, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Hershey Medical Center. He was born Tuesday, September 14, 1937 in Clifton, KS the son of the late Nevin F. and Zella M. (Johnson) Barckley. Marvin graduated from Riley Rural High School in Riley KS. He retired from Shippensburg University print shop in 1998. He served in the US Army from 1956 to 1960. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Ruth D. (Miller) Barckley. He is also survived by one daughter, R. Michelle and husband David Fetterman of Newville, one son Robert F. and wife Kerri Barckley of White City, KS, five grandchildren, Tabetha, Gregory and David Fetterman, Zachery and Corissa Barckley and one brother, Gene Barckley of Pleasant Hills, MO. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Interment will be at the discretion of the family.
