Mary A. Brandt

Mary A. Brandt, age 81 of Shippensburg, passed away Monday, March 27, 2017 at Chambersburg Hospital. She was born Sunday, July 21, 1935 in Shippensburg, the daughter of the late Harvey W. and Mildred S. (Nicholson) Allen. She was a member of First Assembly of God, Shippensburg. She enjoyed flowers and spending time with her family. She is survived by two sons, Bud Brandt and wife Michele, Timothy E. Brandt, both of Shippensburg; daughter, Susie J. Walls and husband Richard of St. Thomas; six grandchildren, Todd Brandt and wife Megan, Keith Walls and Angela, Rodney Walls, Megan Rohler, Stephen Dunson, and Amber Daihl and husband Marshall; seven great-grandchildren: Gunnar, Aaron, Matthew, Colton, Lexi, Blake, and Annebelle. She is also survived by sister Sara Jane Allen, Shippensburg and brother Alfred H. Allen, Chambersburg. She was preceded in death by husband Carl "Red" Brandt, sister Betty Fridinger and brother, James W. Allen. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 30 at 2:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg with Pastor Daniel E. Cluck officiating. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 12 noon until time of services.
