Myrtle I. Ditzler

Myrtle I. Ditzler, age 99 of Hanover, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Wonders Personal Care Home surrounded by her family. She was born Friday, November 5, 1915 in Gettysburg, the daughter of the late David F.L. and Daisy (Speelman) Cullison. She was married to James R. Ditzler who died in 1993. She enjoyed attending church, playing her organ and giving, especially to those in need. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by four daughters, Alice Bollinger of Aspers, Gloria Milburn of Hanover, Joy Darlene (Carl) Leese of Littlestown and Debbie (Tom) Wolf of Hanover; three sons, James Ditzler of McSherrystown, Jack (Linda) Ditzler of Hanover and Rick Ditzler of Dover, PA and numerous other descendants. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Sherry Bevans and son, Ray Ditzler. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 12 at Dugan Funeral Home, 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. A viewing will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Sunday, January 11 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Gettysburg.
