Nancy Lou Lemming

Nancy Lou Lemming, age 73, died Friday, July 13, 2012 at her Shippensburg residence. She was born Wednesday, December 14, 1938 in Monticello, the child of the late William and Frances (Harrison) Fishel. Nancy graduated from Pine Village High School in Indiana. She worked as a homemaker and enjoyed bowling, playing and watching golf, bluebirds and Judge Judy on television. She was strong-willed, immaculately clean and loved giving her care and love to her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Three daughters survive Nancy: Terry Engle, Chambersburg, Lisa A. Mentzer, Shippensburg, Tammy Lemming, Harrisburg; one son, Donald Lemming, Marienville, PA; a brother, Jimmy Fishel, Indiana, and two sisters, Bonnie Opperman, Indiana and Nellie Wilfenger, Florida nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husbands, Donald Robert Lemming and Boyd Junior Johnson; her son, Gary Lemming, step-son, Brad Johnson and her brother, Bobby Fishel. Cremations services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc.,Shippensburg.Memorial contributions may be made to the U.S. Veterans organization of the giver's choice.
