Nevin L. Angel

Nevin L. Angel, age 64 of Aspers, passed away Monday, December 11, 2017 at Carlisle Regional Medical Center. He was born Monday, February 16, 1953 in Spring Grove the son of the late Charles and Anna (Riley) Angel. Nevin graduated from Spring Grove High School. He owned and operated Angel's Flag Car services in Aspers. He was a member of Eagles of Gettysburg and 9th Ward in York. He loved to spend time outdoors enjoying nature, especially time at his cabin in Perry County. His three grandchildren are most important to him. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Penny (Otto) Angel. He is also survived by one daughter, Kathrine A. and husband Matt Thompson of Carlisle, one son, John R. and wife Heather Stetson of Hanover, three sisters, Connie Grau of Hanover, Kay Gladfelter of York, Charlene Amspacher of Glen Rock, two brothers, Donald Angel of Dover and Tony Angel of Hanover. He was preceded in death by a brother Charles Angel. Cremation services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 S. Main St., Bendersville.
