Normajean A. Raudabaugh

Normajean A. Raudabaugh, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend. Born on December 6, 1963, in Florida, Normajean entered into Gods eternal care on September 24, 2025. Normajean was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Spencer and Betty Dyarman; and one brother, Scott Spencer.

Normajean dedicated her life to her family, nurturing and loving them in her role as a cherished homemaker. She took great joy in gardening, nurturing her flowers and plants with the same care she extended to her loved ones. She loved to watch movies and her dream of catering and decorating for parties reflected her creative spirit and love for bringing people together. Normajean is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Raudabaugh Jr.; one daughter, Lisa Raudabaugh; one son, Shaun Raudabaugh; two sisters Tammy Hess and Rhonda Tart; and one brother Alan Spencer.

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 51 Asper Drive in Shippensburg. At this time, services are being held privately.
