Oscar L. Graham, age 83 of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at his residence surrounded by his family. In the stillness of the pre-dawn hours on his 83rd birthday, born in 1931, Lee heard God Whisper, My Child your life has gone full circle. There is no need for pain and suffering. Take my hand precious child and come home to me. Lee was the seventh child born to Ray and Carrie Graham having grown up and spent his childhood on Martin Avenue in Chambersburg. Lee found a love for fishing and would continue that love up until the last years. Over the years his passions in life would include: hunting, family vacations in Ocean City and card playing. He served in the U.S. Army from 1950-1953. Upon discharge he started his career at Waynesboro Construction Company where he retired from. On October 31, 1953 he married Martha Secrest. Together they had two sons, Dennis Graham and the late Douglas Graham. Lee was predeceased by his wife; son; brothers, Donald, Robert, Charles and Dean and sisters, Arlene Mackey and Wilma Shaeffer. Lee will be remembered by his sister Peggy Taylor, son Dennis, and three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Funeral Services will be held at Brethren Fellowship, 339 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 9. A viewing will beheld from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Pastor Manny Diaz will officiate. Interment will follow at Parklawns Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
