Pamela L. Freas

Pamela L. Freas, age 61 of Carlisle, died Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Fox Subacute Care in Mechanicsburg. She was born Wednesday, April 23, 1952 in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late John and Eleanor A. (Hester) Porter. She was formerly employed by Center for Independent Living in Camp Hill. She is survived by her husband of 9 years, Brian E.B. Freas. She is also survived by two sons, Wayne Shank of New Bloomfield and Chris Freas of Hawaii; four grandchildren, Shane and Brandon Sager and Briana and Katelyn Markle. She was predeceased by two daughters, Regina Markle and Ramona Baker, and three sons, Shawn Markle, David Meredith, III and Daniel Meredith. Care and cremation services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Interment will be in Bendersville Cemetery.
