Paul H. Neff, Jr., age 84 of Shippensburg, went to his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 13, 2015. He was born Sunday, December 21, 1930 in Chambersburg, the child of the late Paul and Hilda (Brindle) Neff, Sr. He retired from IBEW 143 Harrisburg in 1992. He is survived his wife, Barbara; daughter, Paula Maurice of Carlisle; son, Brian Neff of San Diego, and two grandsons, Jesse and Dustin Maurice both of Mt. Holly Springs. Services are private and entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Shippensburg.
